Client service planning – the team meets at least twice a year to ensure feedback and information is shared, service delivery objectives are met and forthcoming priorities identified.
Client satisfaction review – the client meets with an independent Arab Professionals partner and gives feedback on the engagement team’s performance. From this, the service plan is refined, developed and agreed with the client.
Feedback – we request your views on our performance, be it via a formal review meeting or on a social occasion such as a lunch.
Response times – all queries will be answered promptly.
